Why is the 4-year version recommended?

The 4-year plan provides the longest protection and the best value—extending your peace of mind for only $50-90 CAD more. Since each device can only be bound to one Care Plan and cannot be upgraded after purchase, we strongly recommend choosing the 4-year plan directly for maximum long-term coverage.

Who is eligible to purchase Speediance Care?

You qualify if you meet all of the following:Regions: Canada.Devices & Channels: Gym Monster, Gym Monster 2 and Gym Monster 2S main units sold via Speediance official website, Amazon Official Store, and other authorized local channelsTimeframe: Your device is still within the original 2-year manufacturer's warranty

When do Speediance Care benefits take effect?

Benefits have different effective timelines:Extended warranty coverage: Takes effect after the original manufacturer's warranty expires, extending coverage for 12/24 months based on your planFree Replacement if Unrepairable + Free resistance rope replacement + VIP customer support: Effective immediately on purchase date, valid until the end of the extended warrantyComplimentary 1-month Wellness+ membership: Redeemable within 12 months of purchase, valid for 1 month after activation

Are the rights and interests still valid after moving?

Yes. It remains valid as long as your new address is within Canada.

Does it cover accidental damage?

No. This plan continues the original manufacturer's warranty standard and does not cover damage caused by human accidents or commercial use.

How long is the validity period of the Wellness+ membership redemption code?

The redemption code is valid for 12 months. Please activate it as soon as possible after receiving the email.

What if it’s unrepairable or multiple parts fail at once?

During the coverage period, if the product is unrepairable or multiple critical components fail at once, we provide a One-Time Free Unit Exchange with all round-trip shipping covered.
