VeloNix is suitable for heights ranging from 155 cm (5 ft 1 in)to 195 cm (6 ft 4.8 in).

(Heights over 195 cm require additional accessories.)

Do I need to wear cycling shoes during training?

No. Regular pedals are used, so cycling shoes are not necessary.
