A: The 4-year plan offers longer coverage, better cost-effectiveness (only $50 CAD more), and only one protection plan can be purchased for the same device. After purchasing the 3-year plan, you cannot buy the 4-year plan. It is recommended to choose the 4-year plan directly.

Q: What if my product cannot be repaired or multiple key components fail at the same time?

A: If the product cannot be repaired or multiple critical components fail simultaneously, we will replace the entire unit free of charge (limited to one time only). Round-trip shipping costs will be fully covered by us.

Q: Does it cover accidental damage (such as screen breakage)?

A: No. This plan continues the original manufacturer's warranty standard and does not cover damage caused by human accidents or commercial use.
